All items sold by Southern Bayou Sisters & Co. are custom-made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

- All sales are final
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of purchase)
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items
Quality Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at southernbayousisters@gmail.com We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at our discretion.
